Continuing Education

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received at least 10 business days prior to the class date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations received less than 10 business days prior to the class date are eligible for a 50% refund. The refund amount may be issued back to your agency or applied to another class within the same calendar year. There will be a $75 fee to transfer from one class to another. KAIA cannot issue refunds for no-shows. Please note KAIA cannot transfer to online classes OR out of state classes.

Exam Procedures

The exam will take place the week following the class in a testing window open Monday at 12:01AM through Wednesday at 11:59PM. Questions regarding this exam process can be directed to The National Alliance.

$420 registration cost for any National Alliance online course.

If registering within one week of class date, there will be a $25 fee. We will refund 100% funds up to 10 business days prior to the class date. If canceling within 10 business days of the class, we will refund 50% of the registration fee.
