Description

Insurance professionals need training in the risk management process for two reasons. First, insurance is an integral part of their client’s overall risk management program. Second, services provided by carriers, agencies, and brokerages are often significant items in the organization’s total cost of risk.

In this course, we’ll cover each of the five powerful steps in this process, which protects not only the organization’s assets, but also its mission and brand.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received at least 10 business days prior to the class date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations received less than 10 business days prior to the class date are eligible for a 50% refund. The refund amount may be issued back to your agency or applied to another class within the same calendar year. There will be a $75 fee to transfer from one class to another. KAIA cannot issue refunds for no-shows. Please note KAIA cannot transfer to online classes OR out of state classes.

Exam Procedures

The exam will take place the week following the class in a testing window open Monday at 12:01AM through Wednesday at 11:59PM. Questions regarding this exam process can be directed to The National Alliance. 

Pricing

This is a LIVE streamed based course. 

$161 registration cost for any National Alliance online course.

Online registration will close one week within the class date. Please contact KAIA or karlyn@kaia.com for available seating. If registering within one week of class date, there will be a $25 fee. We will refund 100% funds up to 10 business days prior to the class date. If canceling within 10 business days of the class, we will refund 50% of the registration fee.
