Description

In this CIC Personal Lines course, you will focus on the Property and Casualty insurance industry, covering topics related to Personal Residential, Personal Auto, and Personal Umbrella or Excess Policies. Through exploring the intricacies of policy coverages, limitations, and exclusions you will be able to identify risks and coverage gaps of personal lines clients, offer coverage solutions, and learn how to respond in the event of a loss.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received at least 10 business days prior to the class date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations received less than 10 business days prior to the class date are eligible for a 50% refund. The refund amount may be issued back to your agency or applied to another class within the same calendar year. There will be a $75 fee to transfer from one class to another. KAIA cannot issue refunds for no-shows. Please note KAIA cannot transfer to online classes OR out of state classes.

Exam Procedures

The exam will take place the following week of class, opening the following Monday at 12:01AM (CST) through Thursday at 11:59PM (CST) UNLESS there is a holiday occurring. Questions regarding this exam process can be directed to The National Alliance.
