Know Your Regulator: What to Know About Insurance Fraud (Hybrid)

As part of an effort to provide affordable and accessible continuing education (CE) for insurance producers, the Kansas Department of Insurance and the Kansas Association of Insurance Agents (KAIA) have partnered to provide a free CE series focused on the different functions of the Department.

This “Know Your Regulator” CE series will feature Department staff members presenting on topics specific to various divisions within the Department. Each session will provide a free, one-hour CE credit for producers.

Session 2: What to Know About Insurance Fraud 

The Compliance and Enforcement Division of the Kansas Department of Insurance will present on investigatory and anti-fraud functions of the Department. Come to hear about real-world examples of insurance fraud from the perspective of law enforcement and learn how agents fit into the fraud reporting and investigative process.
